Paid Services, Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. What is paid
Free listings are available as shown on the Platform (number of listings and days each stays live; these numbers may be changed by A2Z). Beyond that, you can buy packages (more listings, longer duration), featured/top placement, banners and similar services. The price, duration and what you get are shown before you pay.
2. Payment
Pay through the payment methods shown at checkout, processed by a third-party payment gateway. A2Z does not store your card or bank details. You will get an invoice by email. GST is charged as applicable.
3. When the service starts
A paid package or placement starts when payment succeeds. Featured/top placement runs for the period bought; it does not guarantee a number of views, enquiries or a sale.
4. Refunds
- Failed or double payment: if money is deducted but the service is not activated, or you are charged twice, we refund the extra/failed amount to the original payment method, usually within 7 working days of confirming it.
- Our error or non-delivery: if we fail to deliver a service you paid for and cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we refund the unused portion.
- Change of mind: once a package or placement has started, it is not refundable. If you cancel before it starts, ask within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
- Listing removed for breaking the rules: no refund for paid services tied to a listing that was rejected or removed because it broke the Posting Rules or the law.
- Account banned for fraud or abuse: no refund. Request a refund by writing to with the order details. If you are not satisfied you can contact the Grievance Officer.
5. Expiry
Unused package listings and benefits expire at the end of the package period unless the package says otherwise.
6. Changes in price
We may change prices and packages at any time. A change does not affect a package you already bought.
7. Taxes and invoices
Provide a correct GSTIN if you want a GST invoice. Invoices cannot be changed after they are issued, except as the law allows.
